ICE-Centric Strength
New wave technique that directly addresses structural health by isolating specific groups of muscles and taking them through a sequence of eccentric, concentric and isometric contractions designed to activate, strengthen, recruit and stretch them for the purpose of removing bone rotational mal-alignments. This then allows for blood, lymph and bio-electricity to flow unencumbered into and through the body, the organs, and the limbs, out through to the extremities


BESTS-ercise
(Bio-Energetic-Self-Transformation- Sequences) this system got its name because it is the best form of exercise. It involves 3 different contractions all in 1 movement similar to the ICE-centric strength system, yet the beauty of the BESTS-ercise is that you can do them in the comfort of your own home and you don’t need any equipment! All you need is a yoga mat, your body, your mind & your will to integrate into the best version of yourself. This is where learning to be independent to yourself rather than dependent on others to “force” you to do the work. These exercises help you remove stress, tension and distortion from the Body, Brain and Nervous system while simultaneously activating, stretching, strengthening and recruiting muscle fiber.
Body of Light
This modality is a verbal-based energetic system used to help people reintegrate and locate the energies, consciousness, and projections that keep their bodies, brains, and nervous systems out of alignment. During these types of sessions, people sit across from me and repeat, word-for-word, the directions I give them to direct the body, brain, and nervous system with specific commands. This verbal process neutralizes the negative frequencies, projections, and consciousness and frees them from the negative impacts those traumatic experiences had on them. The results are instantaneous and permanent.


Sha-King
Sha-King is the use of random, chaotic, and uncontrolled movements. To practice you move outside of timing which allows you to make these subtle movements, which free up the constricted, over-contained, and controlled way in which you move, think, breathe, utilize, and relate to your own body

Individual programs
All sessions are based upon each individuals needs, first step of the way is to set an intention of what one wants. Then, we will do a deep investigation of what is truly needed to help this individual shine and bring out their true authenticity. Each session will vary depending on what the true intention of the patient. We focus on bringing your Physical body, Mental body, Emotional body & Spiritual body into alignment. Our practitioner are fully vested in helping you grow and bring out your loving, joyful, authentic self, so you are able to live a fulfilled life.
5 day intensive - The 5 day intensive is the most comprehensive, complete, and effective program. In these 5 days (2 sessions daily) you will be reaching your extraordinary, unimaginable potential through a total, true transformational process.
Our practitioner will be helping you strip away primal and generational layers of fear-based strategies and structures of unresolved stress, tension, distortion, created by pre-cognitive limiting beliefs, in order to make way for love-based strategies that bring you well-defined boundaries, authentic self expression, clear communication, and completing aspects of your life that are no longer relevant to the person you were born to be. The purpose of the program is to shift you out of the protective mode and into the receptive mode so that you can manifest destiny with effortless effort, ease, and grace. Accompanied with the 5 day program, you will taught your own program to continue this integrative process for the next 90 days.

Group programs
Group sessions are 6 weeks and can vary from 2-3 days weekly. In our group program, we will be working with strength & alignment, flexibility & mobility and overall wellness. We will educate you on the how and why of each movement that we do and when you should do these movements on your own. We teach you how to perform a series of Best-ercises that you will be able to do at home. All you'll need is a yoga mat, discipline and the desire to integrate your well-being on a daily basis. With completion of these group sessions, a program will be designed for the participants and we will all check in with each other, stay connected and collectively integrate!
